Does a bear shit in the woods?

Does a bear shit in the woods? Well that's dumb. A bear will shit anywhere. I'm sure if you kept a bear in your garage for two weeks and feed him nothing but sloppy joes sandwiches, he would shit right there in your garage with out a second thought. Would that make him less of a bear? Bears at the zoo shit all day long with out a tree in sight. Maybe from now we should use a different phrase like...?? Does Dolly Pardon sleep on her back?
